Welcome to the United Rugby League,
a proposed 11-a-side rugby league competition to be played on American football fields! By playing 11-a-side and making the rules fit gridiron football fields (hence the name "Gridiron Rugby"), the world's greatest game will finally take hold in America!
We make the rules fit American football fields, like arena football and indoor lacrosse has to make their rules fit a hockey rink. Only Gridiron Rugby will be way cooler! More nonstop action than arena football, and more tackling than indoor lacrosse or even outdoor football! The 11-a-side version we designed requires no special linings or markings on American football fields, and we'll even use the football goalposts. So entry costs are very reasonable. We will play in the spring and summer. We will not compete with football, nobody can. We wish to COMPLEMENT football.
